Automatic hall lighting

This mod automatically controls the lighting in suitable halls.
When it gets dark in the evening, appropriate manual hall lights are switched on.
When it gets light again in the morning, or when the time advances after sleeping, the lights are switched off again shortly afterwards.

After a time jump, for example due to sleeping, the lights adjust to the current time of day with a short delay.
Similarly, immediately after loading a saved game, there may be a brief delay before the lighting switches on or off according to the current ambient light conditions.
